Dr. Alex Westlake, Chairman

Alex is the non-executive Chairman of LakeWall Holding. Alex has over twenty year’s experience in renewable energy technology development and the utility sector both in UK and Asia. Alex has a PhD in Wind Energy and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Alex co-founded ClearWorld Energy and was part of the management team that listed Camco Clean Energy (CCE.L) on the AIM market in London. For Microbas, Alex supports the team with strategy, business development, and commercial negotiations. In certain cases, Alex also supports Microbas’s entrepreneurial clients to grow globally.

Magnus Lindvall, Managing Director

Magnus manages all the day to day operations of our first investment, Microbas, and has a successful track record in industrial companies in both Sweden and China. Magnus is a mechanical engineer by background and has worked in the telecom sector (Nolato AB), machine building sector (Automationspartner AB) and in the solar power / gas engine sectors (Cleanergy AB). Having worked both in senior production and commercial roles, Magnus is very experienced at managing teams to deliver complex solutions to clients in a timely and cost effective manner. Magnus is keen to grow Microbas to be a global partner for precision and technology innovation.
